My Account Information
How do
I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the "My
Account" link at the top of any page. This will take you to a form you can
complete will your billing and shipping information.
How
do I edit my account information?
You can edit your account information
by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of any page. If you
are logged into the system, you will be shown your current information. This information
will be shown in secure mode to prevent any unauthorized individuals from viewing
your personal information. You can click on the circle to the right of the information
you need to change. Once you click on the circle you will then need to click on
"Edit Selected" in the upper right hand portion of the screen. You
will then be given the ability to change any of the selected information.
I
forgot my password.
If you have forgotten your password you can click on
the "My Account" link at the top of any page. This will take you to
the account information page. You will then be given the ability to enter your
email address and have your password emailed to you within a few minutes. This
email will not contain your login ID for security.
Can
I add a second or third billing or shipping address to my account?
You can
add additional billing, shipping, and credit card accounts to your main account.
To do this you will need to click on the "My Account" link at the top
of any page. On the left hand portion of the page you will see an "Add a new
entry" link under each category. You can click on this link and you will
be taken to a form to enter the additional information.
Billing Questions
What are my payment choices?
You
can pay for an order with Visa, or Mastercard. If you have a prearranged business account with us, you can use the account
option, and we will bill you at a later time for the order.
When
will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your
order ships, for all in stock orders. For special orders, your credit card will
be charged when we place the order for your special purchase.
Do
I have to pay sales tax?
You must pay sales tax unless you have a reseller
or tax exempt form on file with our office.
I
need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
If you need a copy of a previous invoice
you can visit the "My Account" page and click on the "View Order
History" link on the bottom left hand corner of the page. You will be shown
all previous invoice numbers with dates. You can click on any number to be taken
to that invoice. You can then print or reprint the invoice for your records.
Shipping Questions
How do I return my product?
You
can return any unopened / unused products by first calling our office at (800)
873-8416 for an authorization.
How much is
my shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by the UPS computer. It
is calculated according to the individual product or products and your shipping
address. You will be shown the shipping amount for UPS ground. You will have the
ability to change the shipping option to meet your needs. You will be able to
change all shipping types before your order is complete.
When
will my order ship?
All in stock orders will ship within one business
day. This does not include weekends and holidays. Most special order items will
ship within three business days. You can call (800) 873-8416 to check on any order.
Do
you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States
and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
What
is the Return Policy?
In order to return an order or a portion of an order,
it must be made within 30 days of receipt.
